Susan Kang joined the Kansas Health Foundation in 2023, where she currently serves as senior advisor.
In her role with the organization, Kang is responsible for creating and overseeing an organizational think tank which works to ensure that all of KHF’s day-to-day activities are strategically created and expertly implemented with the goal of realizing the organization’s three-part purpose. Kang’s efforts—and those of the think tank, which is comprised of external experts and analysts—are then packaged together in the form of a yearly annual report which is presented to KHF Board of Directors. She also directs other KHF initiatives, as directed by the President and CEO.
