Jerry Park

Jerry Z. Park (Ph.D. University of Notre Dame) is an Associate Professor of Sociology at Baylor University. His expertise is in the sociology of religion and race/ethnicity with a specific focus on Asian Americans.
He has published 49 research journal articles and chapters, and is currently involved in several studies centering on Asian American socio-political attitudes and civic participation as well as minority-dominant Christian communities.
He serves as president of the Association for the Sociology of Religion (2025–2026). He is honored to be a part of the research team for the national study of Korean Americans.
