Hari Chon is a 1.5 generation Korean American civil servant dedicated to building workplaces that empower women. As a program analyst at the U.S. Department of Labor, she leads public engagement across the Western Region, bridging policy and people.
Hari has served at multiple levels of government, from a city DEI commissioner to policy advisor in the White House Office of the Chief of Staff.
Based in Seattle, she is a returned Peace Corps volunteer who enjoys traveling and exploring new places.
